Ticketing Questions?

For all and any questions relating to ticket purchases, delivery, payment etc. please talk to the lovely folks at Green Tix here.

-

What is the ballot?

All subscribers had the chance to enter the ballot online which is now closed. It puts you into a pool of entrants for an equal shot at securing tickets.  The lucky winners will be randomly drawn and emailed a ticketing code on August 8th that gives them up to five days to purchase up to six tickets. It is fair and unbiased so everybody has an equal chance to win. Any remaining tickets will go on sale August 17th.

-

Can I perform at Falls?

Falls does not take submissions from bands to perform. We have our ear to the ground and will contact all and any acts we love each year. We support Triple J unearthed, The JB Seed Fund and we have an APRA people’s stage where any ticket holder can perform (see The APRA Peoples Stage). So keep releasing, touring and making yourself heard!

-

Student Information Requests?

There are simply too many requests to respond to so unfortunately we are unable to answer any questions. Please have a good look around our website; I’m sure you will find most of your answers here.

-

Who can I contact for Press enquiries?

-

What happens if I lose my festival wristband?

Not possible. The only way they can be removed is with scissors.

-

What type of camera can I bring?

We love happy snaps, but it’s a requirement with our artists that professional cameras are not used. Anything that has a detachable lens is not permitted, sorry.

-

Can We Bring?

Check out the section What to Bring and you will find a lot of useful answers.

-

Can we bring the kids along?

Marion Bay – Is an all ages event

This is a festival built for families to enjoy so bring the whole family along. Children under the age of 12 are free of charge and children under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by a ticket holding parent or legal guardian at all times.

Children and Ticket Holders under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a ticket holding parent, adult legal guardian or adult eligible carer at all times. People other than a parent or legal guardian can be an eligible carer if the child (U18 ticketholder) is in the person’s care with the consent of the parent or legal guardian. You may be required to provide verification of consent

Lorne – Is an 18+ event

We welcome all at Falls, it’s just about the music. Unfortunately Lorne is a strictly 18+ event,  however families with children under the age of 12 are welcome. All patrons must be 18 years or older and proof of age ID may be requested at any time. Children under the age of 10 are allowed in free of charge, however must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.

-

Can I bring my Winnebago/Caravan/Bus/Trailer to Falls?

Sure can! Just keep in mind that gas bottles are restricted as they can be a fire hazard on site. If the gas bottle is removable you can choose to leave it at home or, for a gold coin donation you can leave it with the site fire brigade to store until after the event.

-

Can I bring a couch to Falls?

We appreciate a comfy chair as much as the next guy, however the amount left behind at the end of the festival adds too much pressure to our waste management system and believe it or not they are a ceremonial burning fire hazard. So no couches, however camping chairs and hammocks are more than welcome.

-

Can I bring a port-a-loo?

Whilst we enjoy your forward thinking, the answer is NO. We have fabulous loos throughout the Falls site that are all enviro-friendly and Falls fan friendly.

In Lorne there is no temporary parking onsite or anywhere near the festival. If you’re staying offsite catch the shuttle bus in. In Marion Bay there is temporary parking, it is however limited.

-

Will there be wheelchair access?

Yes there is, however to ensure we provide you with the best possible access, please send us an email to let us know which event site you will be attending and the level of care required at enquiries@ashlorien.com

-

Will there be wifi?
